Pin Map is the only event platform built exclusively for sports that combines internal team management and external event visibility in one app. You can organize private training sessions, club meetings, or internal matcheswithin your team, while also sharing public tournaments, open games, or tryouts with the wider community.

Event organizers can post requests for referees, coaches, helpers, or volunteers directly within the Pin Map app. Whether you need a certified referee for a youth football match in Basel or extra hands for a community basketball tournament in Munich, you can find local support quickly and easily.

This feature is especially valuable for sports clubs, schools, and amateur leagues who often rely on volunteers and part-time staff. You can even manage responses and communication within the app — no need for external tools or endless group chats. The job board is visible to the entire Pin Map community, helping you connect with motivated people who love sports just as much as you do.

Simply open the interactive event map or scroll through your personalized event feed to discover what’s happening in your area. You can filter events by location, sport type, age group, or date to find exactly what suits you – whether it’s a public football tournament in Zurich, a basketball game in Stuttgart, or a running event in Vienna.

Pin Map also lets organizers choose whether an event is public or private. That means you might see open tournaments available to everyone, or receive exclusive invitations to private team trainings or club-only matches.

This makes Pin Map the ideal tool to stay informed about local matches, trainings, camps, and tournaments – while giving organizers full control over visibility and participation.

Creating an event in the Pin Map app is quick and intuitive. Simply tap “Create Event” from the main menu and follow the guided steps. You’ll enter the key information such as Title, Organizer, Event Details, Location, and choose the right Category. Then, under Availability, you can set who can view or join your event, and under Advanced Settings, you can define things like the maximum number of participants or a registration deadline. Once everything is filled in, tap “Continue” to publish your event. You can manage all your events anytime under My Events, Joined Events, and Invited Events. If you’re logged in as a PIN Admin, you’ll also have access to extended tools for managing and moderating events.

Pin Map makes it easy to get your event seen by more people. If you want your event to appear at the top of the list—on the app’s home screen and in search results—you can feature your event. Simply go to your event settings, tap “Feature this Event”, and choose a visibility option like a free listing, local boost, or regional spotlight. Featured events are highlighted for users in your area and recommended based on their interests. You can also easily share your event via social media, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, to expand your reach beyond the app. With Pin Map, promoting your event is simple, effective, and built to connect you with the right audience.
